Sir,—I have the honor to submit herewith for your
consideration my Annual Report.
Efforts have been made to keep the Revenue up to
standard. The growing importance of the City finds it
imperative that a more thorough administration of the
By-laws is necessary. Since the continuance of wood-
blocking, a greater volume of mixed traffic using this
class of road makes the observance of the rule of the
road necessary in the interests of public safety.
The following is a comparative list of Revenue de
rived from various sources excluding fines and fees:—
