Nunga Week
NungaWeek is a City of PAE celebration of Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander communities’ contributions
with a special focus on partnerships between City of PAE
and other local groups and organisations.
NungaWeek is held in the second week of November
each year, and includes celebrations such as the ATSI
Awards presentation together with many other events
and activities across the region.
Attending and participating in such events provides
an opportunity for cultural engagement and shared
understanding of our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
communities and their culture.
NungaWeek 2019 falls on the Monday 11 through to
Sunday 17 November.
