The Community and Cultural Development Section focuses
on providing and promoting a range of opportunities for
the community by providing access to services, programs,
information and facilities that enhance quality of life, celebrate
culture and support social participation, personal growth
and change.
L i b r a r i e s
The City of PAE has five libraries across the council area
- Greenacres, Enfield, Parks, Port Adelaide and Semaphore.
Library membership is free and provides access to an extensive
collection of books (including audio books and e-books),
movies and magazines, as well as activities for children, families,
adults and teens. Our libraries also offer freeWiFi, computers
with internet access and applications, access to online learning
resources and other technology.

Ce n t r e s
Community Centres and Stadiums provide a connection point
for local people where you can meet new friends, learn new
skills, become involved in community activities, join groups
and clubs, or participate in sports and health
and wellbeing programs. Our Community
Centres are located in Kilburn and
Enfield. The Lefevre Community
Stadium is located in Osborne.
The newly built Lights Community
and Sports Centre is located in
Lightsview.
